Project Life – vecka 25

A while ago we had a challenge for the designers to scrap with a little bag, wood decorations, cork decorations and stamps from different collections.

I made a layout from our summerholliday, where my youngest son is posing infront of the camera, with his beloved cuddly toy Mimmi and a biiiig lollipop, at Astrid Lindgrens world

pasommaraventyrJeanys1024px For this layout I have used: paper from Elles Studio, scraps from Simple Stories, Index journaling card from Lilybee Design, stamps and alphabets from Simple Stories, sticky canvas, blue inkpad, stamp from CD and some mixed decorations.

Shoes at Allt om Scrap

This Sunday we had focus on shoes in the blog.  I did this layout about my yellow shoes. I´m not a shoe person but this pair I just love:

For this layout I have used: yellow pan pastell, a leftover from a alphabet as a mask, green dylusionmist, a empty package from Prima, scraps, stickers from Jillibean Soup, Thickers, minialphas from Glitz, stamp eazy, different decorations, datestamp from Dear Lizzie.

If you are looking for Allt om Scraps bloghop click here!

Here is the text two sketches in the Summerchallenges at Veckans Skiss.

Here is my layout based on Ulrikas summersketch on the theme raspberries/ strawberries:

This photo is from last summer. My youngest son is eating strawberries and making funny faces.

Some red and white decorations….

I have use a die-cut calendarcard from Jenni Bowlin studio to get the round shape from the sketch. The strawberry pictures is cut out from a pattern paper.

I love this paper with cherries. Even though it´s not raspberries or strawberries I think it works anyway with the theme. It´s from October Afternoon, collection Farm Girl.

Now I hope to see your take on the sketch! I hope you join our summerchallenges!

Have a great day!

Summerchallenges – A mixed bag

Tanja have done a great sketch with the theme picnic to our summerchallenge at Veckans Skiss. You can see it here!

Here is my take:

Title:” A mixed bag”

At Swedens nationalday the family took a picnic trip. We had packed a lot of yummie food like hotdogs and buns. The boys couldn´t wait to eat the buns for dessert so they ate the hotdogs and the buns at the same time:)

Yellow and green with some touch of grey….

This stamp from Cocoa Daisy is so cool

I also used some twine to get dimension

I hope you havn´t missed that our summerchallenges is ongoing at Veckans Skiss. Take the chans and join us! Read about the rules here!

Singing out loud

This is a layout I made earlier this year for Inzpira Magazine. I hade the honour to get it published in 2/2013 at page 21. It´s my take on the liftchallenge and I have lifted the colours, arrows and the horizontal lines. The layout is about my son when he sings together with his theatergroup at the winterplay.

A calendarcircle from Jillibean Soup

I stamped some sheet music to reinforce the theme

Turqouise and orange work well together according to my opinion, what do you think?

I cut some banners out of scraps.

Summerchallenges – hollidayphotos

Now the summerchallenges at Veckans Skiss has started! You get two sketches this week and two sketches next week. Read all about it here!

Jennie have made a lovely sketch with the twist: use several hollidayphotos. You can see it here!

Of course I took the opportunity to make a layout based on it!

Title:” Wild kids”

Last summer we went to Furuviksparken, a park with a zoo, a funfair and a area when the recorded earlier episodes of ”Wild kids”, a adventureprogram for children. The boys was very thrilled to get there (and even me and my husband:) thought it was fun to test some of the challenges the kids does in the programs.

This diecut from Cosmo Cricket works well with this theme!

I added some tickets and used corrugated alphas from Jillibean Soup.

I used my easy stamp and my new rollstamp with cameras from Cocoa Daisy

I hope you join us!
