Title: ”Crocus”

This beautiful crocus lives in our garden. I think it´s so pretty with it´s pink/purple color.
I have started with a layer of modelling paste and mist and then worked with several paperlayers.

Mist, stamp, layers and a lovely flowerribbon I got from my mom.

of course …..a lot of flowers on a spring page.

I have filled in the outlines with a black pen. I love that effect. The layers pops out more!

One of the challenges at My Sketch World this month is a recipe challenge with ”his” or ”her” ingredients:

Her                                        His

A – A Flower (or a few)     A Bit of Ink (get dirty!)

I – Include a Heart                Industrial bits (think gears and such)

L – Lace                                           Layers

I picked: a bit of inky, ONE of my favorite boys, ribbon, stapels (industrial I thought iron and metal) and layers. Most of my ingredients are ”his”:) and here is my take:

Title: ”I see you”

I love this photo:).  It´s our youngest son photographing the older one, so cute:). The black and with paper is from Echo Park I love it so much so I have bought another one:). I´m so in to cameras right know, and of course it´s a camera on this LO tooLOL. I didn´t want to add to much decorations and embellishment because the photo is taking all the focus and I want that.

I lördags var jag på årets första scrapträff som anordnades av Scrapgalen. Givetvis blev det ett par layouter gjorda;

Den här layouten är gjord efter en skissutmaning. Jag har lekt med en harlekin stencil, gesso, grön mist och bubbelplast. De röda blommorna är stämplar som jag stämplat och klippt ut. Pappret med äpplen är en av mina absoluta favoriter och kommer från Jillibean Soup

Last Saturday it was time for the first scrapevent for 2012 with Scrapgalen. Of course made I a couple of layouts;

This layout is made for a sketchchallenge. I have played with gesso, a harlekinstencil, two different colour of green mist, bubbleplastic and wellpapp. I have stamped and cut out the red flowers. The paper with apples from Jillibean Soup is one of my absolute favours right know. I try to expriment more on my layouts and ”let it go” when I create. It´s a way that really suites me well! I enjoy it even more now!

Här har jag maskat bakgrunden med hjälp av resterna av ett wellpappalfabet. Jag har använt 3 olika mister. Jag gillar journaling och skriver i princip på alla layouter men det är inte så ofta som jag låter den framträda så här mycket trots att jag gillar det. Det får bli en förbättringspunkt; mer synlig journaling på mina layouter:)

I have used the rest of a alphabet as a mask. I always write some journaling on my layouts but I usually don´t let them take up much space. I really like this journaling. And I have decided to write journaling like this more often on my layouts.

Jag har hoppat på Scrap-Perras utmaning för första gången. Det var en skissutmaning och skissen ser ut så här. Dedline var i går så nu pågår röstningen för fullt. Spännande!

Här är mitt bidrag:

Jag mistat med Tattered Angels mist ” Key Lime Pie”. Die-cutpappret kommer från Websters Pages ”Trendsetter”. Rutigt papper från Graphic 45. De två banden har jag sytt fast på maskin och blommorna är vita pappersblommor som jag färgat in med samma mist som bakgrunden liksom tagen. Chipboardhjärtat har jag lagt ett lager vitgesso som jag droppat röd distressfärg i och sedan stämplat stjärnor på.

I have participated in Scrap-Perras challenge for the first time. It was a sketchchallenge and here is the sketch. Dedline was yesterday, Januari 31th so the woting is ongoing right know. Its so exiting!

Here is my contribution:

I have used Tattered Angels mist ”Key Lime Pie” on the cardstock. The die-cut paper is made by Websters Pages ”Tre Trendsetter”. The plaid paper is from Graphic 45.
The tag and the green flowers is coloured with the same mist as the background paper. I sew the ribbon in place with my sewingmachine.
I put a layer of gesso blended with some drops of Rangers ” Fired Brick” on the chipboardheart. Then I stamped small stars on it. The letters is from Cosmo Cricket and Prima.
