Veckans Skiss- a weddingcard

I made a card for Veckans Skiss this week. You can see the sketch here!  This week it´s our guest-dt Kristin Aronsson who have designed the sketch!

This week I made a traditional weddingcard because of  I got a weddingcard order from a coworker.  She wanted me to use pastellcolor so I choosed pink. Behind the motive I used a heartshaped doilie. The stamp comes from the Swedish company Phunnyface.

I made a banner  with the title ”Love conquers all”.  I also added a lot of roses and pearls, traditional decorations for a traditional weddingcard:)

Inside the card I added this beautiful words!

I hope you will join us at Veckans Skiss this week. Deadline for the challenge is Monday 1th of July. You can see the rules here.

Have a great day!

A mixed media card

Today I will show you this mixed media card I made on a  class at My Sketch World a while ago.

The background is build up with resist tequnice, stencils and three different colors of mists. I have decorated with clouds and a strip of gauze and washitape that I have wrinkle. In the corner I put some gesso and then stamped ”Thank you” with Primas alfabetstamps, I really love those fonts! I mounted it on a bigger piece of cardstock wich I stamped a border around.

This is a different card from what I use to make and at first I didn´t like how it turned out at all but over time it has grown on me and now I think it´s really nice and personal:)

Have a nice day!

Cards, cards, cards

Today I will show you some card that I have made out of Hobby worlds sponsorkit, Basic Greys collection ”Lucille”.

A card for Mom. Here I have cut out a flower from one of the patternpapers and adhesive it with 3D foam.

A lot of stickers and some roses…

Love this sentence…

More stickers and roses….

This  backgroundpaper is so cool. I added alphabets from the kit and draw around the outlines with a black pen to make it pop out more…

For a detalj productlist check it out on Veckans Skiss!

We at Veckans Skiss are so happy that Hobbyworld wanted to sponsor us this month!

Easter card

This eastercard (15cm x 15cm) is my take on a eastercardchallenge at MSW. I have used an old collection from Jillibean Soup and I think the chickens are adorable. I´ve used orange tissuepaper (which is packagematerial from my CDkit). I also added some purple buttons.

We will stay at home during easter. I hope for a nice chill holliday and  of course, I hope for some scraptime:)

Congratulations!

A friend of mine just had their second child, sweet little Nellie. They visit us today and we had a great time. I made them a card and that card is also my take on Lisa´s a recepie challenge on My Sketch World.

This is the recipe for the card challenge:
Distressing of some sort
A stamp
Washi tape
Use a rainbow for inspiration

Here is my take:

”Congratulations to the little sweetie”

I distress the edges with Primas distressingtool. The letters is stamped with Primas alfabethstamps (my favorites:). Blue washitape with stars and a flower. I don´t know where the paper come from.

Have a nice day!

Creative Jumpstart – Birthdaycard

”Happy birthday”

After seeing Sharon Lakkonens video from the Creative jumpstart, showing different ways to use a tag, I made this birthdaycard. I have layered scrapleftovers together with a manillatag witch I misted and punched on one of the sides. The big chipboardheart has been in my stasch for ages, I´m the person who don´t like to get rid of my old scrapstuff, they always find their places sooner or later, sometimes A LOT later LOL

Thanks for stopping by!
